Forklift licensing changes for Rural Operators

Recent changes to forklift licensing in the rural industry may affect your workplace and operations. Workplace Health and Safety Queensland have released a factsheet to help explain the new changes and requirement. This unit involves the application of skills and knowledge to correctly conduct routine checks, plan work, shift load, shut down equipment and secure site. Awareness of legislative requirements with regard to licensing and safe workplace practices is also required.
